Trading Schedule Changes due to DST
On March 12, the US and March 26, Europe set their clocks forward one hour due to the start of Daylight Saving Time. This affected the trading schedule and the MetaTrader time (MT).
On March 12, the following instruments opened and closed one hour earlier:
US stocks, XTIUSD, XBRUSD, XNGUSD, XAUUSD, XAGUSD, XAUGBP, XAUEUR, XAUAUD, XAGEUR, Platinum, Palladium, AU200, EU50, FR40, US100, US30, US500, JP225.
On March 17 and March 24, all Forex currency pairs closed earlier at 23:00 MT.
On March 27, MT time changed to GMT+3 (Summertime), and the market opened one hour earlier at 00:00 MT.
The next instruments opened and closed one hour earlier on March 27:
