On October 25, Europe is switching from Daylight Saving Time (DST) to wintertime, setting its clocks back one hour. The MT time is set back one hour as well.
Due to this change, the trading for WTI, BRN, XAUUSD, XAGUSD, Palladium, Platinum, NASDAQ, S&P500, YM, USDRUB opens one hour earlier MT time.
However, on November 1, when the US switches to wintertime as well, trading returns to normal.
