The NFP will affect the greenback
Information is not investment advice
The United States will release the non-farm employment change, also known as non-farm payrolls or NFP at 15:30 MT time on July 5. NFP is considered one of the leading indicators of employment, which represents the economic activity of the country. Last time the indicator came out lower than the forecasts (75K vs 177K expected). These figures made the USD plunge. If the situation is different this time, the greenback will be supported.
• If the NFP is higher than expected, the USD will rise.
• If the NFP is lower than expected, the USD will fall.
