Reportedly, the ECB is analyzing the possibility of the change of the current inflation target of "below but close to 2%". The question is whether this target is still appropriate for the current economic conditions.
On H4, the euro has fallen below the 1.1220 level and tested the support at 1.1206. The next support level lies at 1.1198. In the case of the reversal, EUR/USD will rise above the 50-period SMA to the first resistance at 1.1244. The next resistance lies at 1.1263.
